Professor David Ormerod QC, Law Commissioner for Criminal Law, talks about our recommendations for an online service listing court reporting postponement orders. The service would enable publishers, journalists and bloggers reporting criminal trials to establish whether reporting restrictions are in force, and so reduce their risk of contempt.
