John Bercow vs Jacob Rees-Mogg: 21 June 2017
House of Commons - Wednesday June 21st 2017. Whilst Jeremy Corbyn was coming to end of his long speech in the Commons relating to the Queen's speech which had just been delivered by the Queen in the House of Lords, a point of order was raised by a Conservative MP, which was answered by Speaker John Bercow. Bercow then directed Corbyn to continue, and the Leader of the Opposition resumed his speech... when out of nowhere Bercow called Jacob Rees-Mogg (Conservative, North East Somerset) to deliver a point of order, seemingly cutting Corbyn off in mid-speech. Jacob's witty remarks were met with a stern response from the Speaker.
