Through a story of one of his students, Billy shows the importance of loving others and of being loved. Billy Ward is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has been practicing in for the past 13 years in the New York City Suburbs of New Jersey. In addition to having a private practice, he has also been counseling students at Seton Hall Prep High School since 1998. Currently he is the director of retreats for the school and also teaches a senior course for Human Development and Theology. Billy's approach to teaching centers on the development of mind, body and spirit. His personal philosophy is LOVE and Be LOVED. Billy is a graduate from Georgetown University where he studied Psychology. He was also the quarterback of the football team for four years. He had a short stint with the Baltimore Ravens in 1999, which was a great experience and personal achievement. He continues to credit his athletic experiences with helping him to understand the mind-body connection and the ability to set a life goal with great determination and tenacity. After leaving Baltimore he continued his study of psychology at Seton Hall University where he attained his Masters Degree and Post Masters Degree. Billy is married to his soul mate and best friend Lia. They have two sons, two-year-old JD and 5 month old Casey. The family is completed by their Golden Retriever, Grover Ward. Her current research focuses on romantic competence among youth and emerging adults, the development of relationship education programs, the interpersonal causes and consequences of depression and anxiety, and well-being and relationship functioning among lesbian, gay, and bisexual individuals. Dr. Davila is a Fellow in the Association for Psychological Science and the Incoming Editor (2016-2022) for the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology. What you plan to do, Where you plan to do it, when you plan to exercise, how, using any available equipment and who you plan to look up to, physique wise, in order to set your dream goal. Scheduling a consistent time to workout. If you tell yourself you're going to workout "sometime during the day" then you're not making it a priority. And if you plan on getting into shape and staying motivated then it's going to have to remain a top priority! Set the number of days you'll be working out a week and the time of day and stick to that plan. That's what separates the dudes from the Buff Dudes! Measuring Your Progress. By measuring your progress you won't have to just guess if you've made any progress or not, you'll have solid proof! Take progress pictures in a room with consistent lighting at the same time of day once every couple of weeks. Combine that with taking measurements and weighing yourself. That way, when you have days when you're feeling unmotivated, you can just look at how far you've advanced by looking at older progress pictures of yourself. It works wonders! Injury or Improper Nutrition. Getting into shape is more than just making it to the gym every day. The chair of consistency has 4 legs - Working Out, Proper Sleep, Nutrition & Cardio. Remove one of these legs and the table becomes shakey, remove two and the table falls over! Always remember proper sleep and hydration in addition to fueling yourself properly with food. And don't think that the more you work out the faster you'll reach your goals. Moderation and consistency is key! Take at least 1 day off a week to rest & recover in order to avoid overtraining. And if you feel you're more than just fatigued but actually injured don't be the tough guy and work through it. Find professional help! Motivational Tip number 5. You need to stay away from negativity, and surround yourself with like minded individuals with similar goals. As the old sayings go 'misery loves company but iron sharpens iron.' Try and avoid energy vampires or those who wish to hold you down. If you can't find like minded company, stay strong with tip number 2 and stay consistent with your schedule. Come on, nobody wants to try to understand someone talking at negative decibels while juggling marbles in their mouth. DO Speak Clearly. Try and engage in conversation at a level of those around you. NUMBER TWWWOOO DO NOT Use ‘word whiskers.’ Uh, um, like and you know are phrases which should not exist in your vocabulary. DO Speak with direction. Remove the whiskers and your conversation will make wonders. NUMBER THREE DO NOT Look for the B.B.D. or, BIGGER, BETTER DEAL. The walk. It’s one of the first ways to make an impression on someone, and you want to make it good, right? Here are some of the immediate Advantages in walking correctly: Postural training - which can really help you in the long run as bad posture can wreak havoc over the years on your body. Attention grabbing - sure, you can grab attention walking improperly but it’s usually for all the wrong reasons. You wanna be a Buff Dude, not just a Dude. Mental wellness - With a confident stride you just feel better. Now keep in mind you don’t have to overdo the walk and feel goofy, but just enough where you feel strong, confident and ready to take on the world. And lastly it sets you apart from the normies, which is always nice. So let’s go over the do’s and the do-not’s of walking with confidence. DO: Chest Up, Shoulders Back and Back Straight Don’t cover them up, show off those chesticles with pride. Pec popping optional. Back straight with your chest up and shoulders back is one of the main signs of confidence, so doing this one is a must. But remember not to overdue this one or you’ll be the stick-up-his-ass-dude. Come on, you know who we’re talking about. DO NOT: Slouch - In addition to bad posture, which could lead to health problems down the road, slouching shows a lack of confidence and usually sets off a chain reaction of ‘do nots’ when it comes to walking such as shoulders forward, back hunched and chest pointed towards the ground. So no slouching. Don’t become an Egor, chest up, back straight! DO: Eyes Up - Keeping your eyes up is a sign of confidence and shows you aren't afraid to make eye contact with people walking in the opposite direction. And don’t stare em down or quickly dart your eyes away, if you happen to make eye contact, give em a smile, nod and a good morning, good day or good evening depending on the time. DO NOT: Eyes Down - keeping your eyes down is usually a sign you are scared and don’t want to interact or engage in conversation with anything except your shoes. And hey, truthfully not all of us feel like interacting all the time. But try and keep your eyes forward as much as you can, as keeping them down for long periods of time could be habit forming, and bad habits die hard. DO: Hands Relaxed - keeping your hands out in the open indicates confidence and shows people you have nothing to hide. You do have nothing to hide, don’t you? Also, don’t clench your fists, you’ll look like you wanna fight someone, struggling to hold in a fart or can’t wait to tell someone you’re a vegan. DO NOT: Hands in Pockets - putting your hands in your pockets encourages slouching in addition to making you look nervous, which is no good. Quit playing pocket pool and take those hands out and let them sway side to side, in perfect stride with your Buff Dudes pride. DO: Walk Confident - Walk with purpose, like you know where you want to go and how to get there. Confidence is a part of your character and you have to not only talk the talk but also walk the walk. Look at the animal kingdom, you don’t see a lion, bear or silverback gorilla looking insecure. They know they’re the baddest animals around and you should too. But remember, confident not cocky. DO NOT: Quick, Nervous Walk - Alice in Wonderland. What’s the first thing that comes to mind? No, drugs wasn’t the answer. What I was thinking of was the White Rabbit. And what was he known for? It was his quick, nervous shuffle as he constantly attempted to avoid Alice. He displayed a major lack of confidence in addition to avoiding another golden rule: If you’re not 15 minutes early, you’re late. The nervous shuffle wasn’t a good look for him, and it’s not a good look for you - even if you’re late, late, for a very important date.

I wonder, “What was the price?” Some people are saying that if Londoners voted in a Muslim Mayor, they get what they deserve. Although there are thousands of Muslims in London, this video will show that may not be the reason for the Muslim win. I arrived in London three days before the election and on Election Day, I saw several local news reports of voting irregularities, especially in the Borough of Barnet, one of the largest of Boroughs, affecting hundreds of thousands of people. I discovered this was an area largely Christian and the highest concentration of Jews in the UK. Many Londoners were very angry because they were not allowed to vote. The next day the voting problems were totally ignored by the news media as they celebrated the election of the first Muslim Mayor to a major Western capital. The news casts all touted congratulations from Hillary Clinton, and the new Mayor's first order of business seemed to be to attack Donald Trump. London locals were also angry that every Internet news source concerning the election had no thread for comment. When I arrived in England, I knew nothing of the politics and was not even aware of the mayor's election or the upcoming Brexit vote, when Britain votes to leave or stay in the European Union. At the time, I was unaware of President Obama's threats to the United Kingdom if they come out. Its exit will disrupt the globalism plan that is taking shape and the global single market that is being sought, including a world without borders. I heard many stories of Britain's appeals to the European Union for consideration, and out of 70 appeals, 100% were rejected. Although Britain is the second largest country and one of the largest contributors in the EU, Brussels, the headquarters, seems to be diverting business out of Great Britain as well as controlling Britain's borders. These elections and referendums seem to be connected as the European Union is opening the doors to refugees and unknown immigrants that can circulate across Europe and into Britain, as Britain is not allowed to control its own borders. After researching and digging into obscure news posts, these clips will show what happened in the Mayor's election. The aftermath should be of concern to everyone in the free world as huge Muslim marches in London celebrate "Freedom and Democracy on Death row" and shouts of "Jihad" and "Down with America". I've seen no coverage of this in the mainstream news media after the skewed election. Many people are hoping and praying that things will get better, but most have no clue what is going on as the news media is mostly silent on these things.

He used a hidden camera to start posting videos on YouTube. His life has been threatened and so he uses the alias of "Maxime Lepante. " Lepante's View His camera shows that Muslims "are blocking the streets with barriers. They are praying on the ground. And the inhabitants of this district cannot leave their homes, nor go into their homes during those prayers." "The Muslims taking over those streets do not have any authorization. They do not go to the police headquarters, so it's completely illegal," he says. The Muslims in the street have been granted unofficial rights that no Christian group is likely to get under France's Laicite', or secularism law. "It says people have the right to share any belief they want, any religion," Lepante explained. "But they have to practice at home or in the mosque, synagogues, churches and so on." Some say Muslims must pray in the street because they need a larger mosque. But Lepante has observed cars coming from other parts of Paris, and he believes it is a weekly display of growing Muslim power. "They are coming there to show that they can take over some French streets to show that they can conquer a part of the French territory," he said. France's Islamic Future? If France faces an Islamic future, a Russian author has already written about it. The novel is called "The Mosque of Notre Dame, 2048," a bestseller in Russia, not in France. French publisher Jean Robin said the French media ignored the book because it was politically incorrect. "Islam is seen as the religion of the poor people, so you can't say to the poor people, 'You're wrong,' otherwise, you're a fascist," Robin explained. The book lays out a dark future when France has become a Muslim nation, and the famous cathedral has been turned into a mosque. Whether that plot is farfetched depends on whom you ask. Muslims are said to be no more than 10 percent of the French population, although no one knows for sure because French law prohibits population counts by religion. But the Muslim birthrate is significantly higher than for the native French. Some Muslim men practice polygamy, with each extra wife having children and collecting a welfare check. "The problem of Islam is more than a problem of numbers," said French philosopher Radu Stoenescu, an Islamic expert who debates Muslim leaders on French TV. "The problem is one of principles.
