Woman leaves Cop speechless as he tickets her for Hands-fee infraction
I video taped my argument with this cop after he pulled me over for VC #23123 (Hand Held Wireless Telephone Prohibited Use). The argument was not over the fact that I did indeed have my headset in, but that I "touched" my phone to turn it off.
