RCCGPAL SUNDAY SERVICE – 21/05/2017 – CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM

5 THINGS DONE WELL
  1. Cleanliness: the woman who normally takes it to heart - whom we greatly appreciate - to clean up the church and prepare everything for Sunday, has travelled. However, whoever has come over to keep the church clean even in her absense, we all appreciate you. WELLDONE.
  2. Drumming: we have come a long way in RCCG PAL. From wainscot to strood high street. Yet through it all we have been trusting God for growth in the choir. Come and see what the Lord has done, wouldn't your agree that the drummer today has done amazingly good? There is so much progress. We shall have our mass choir in Jesus' name. Amen
  3. Concentration: as hardworking people who do so many things, it cannot be denied thy coming in to church today may have been a struggle for a lot of but we still came in, we allowed Jesus to win in that respect. Not just that, we came in and we're concentrating on  he Sermon, everyone participating, expectant, interested. God will take special interest in your life in Jesus' name. Amen
  4. Concurrent Activities: as diverse as we are, we are an amazing church of unity. Many people just feel as if they should come into the church, eat all the food in the church and not find out ways to be useful claiming that "no body told me. No body assigned me. Nobody sent me." We are not like this... every department... official and non-official have gained an understanding of the General activities of the church and moved concurrently to make sure that everyone has a blessed, heaven time in the church. God bless you all.
  5. Control of Children: you have heard me repeated this over and over again and I want to mention it again. Parenting skills are lacking so very much in this world where we're in yet we are blessed to have displayed this amazing parenting skills in controlling our children so that they do not create a disruption. Our children will never be a source of shame for us in Jesus' name. Amen

5 THINGS TO IMPROVE
  1. Table At Fire Exit: we are a passionate people in RCCGPAL. We are people who wake up each morning prayerfully asking ourselves, "whom shall I help today? whom shall I bless today?" This is the beautiful spirit that we all carry. We all love to help others promptly and want to check our list of good to be done. Additionally, when we remove the table by the Fire Exit which poses a health and safety risk and which I have reminded over and over again that we remove it, I believe that we can continue with this wonderful and beautiful virtue of which we have.
  2. Task Management System: as people of excellence serving an excellent God; I am amazed as to how we all continue to strive towards excellence in all that we do and if we can create a task management system where we can assign and delegate and organise tasks for everyone/ anyone to do; this will definitely add more to the already increasing excellence of the church. Excellent RCCGPAL.
  3. Rehearsals: we are people of discipline. It has been taxing... really taxing. If i say that I do not understand, I would be lying. Yet, we push through, yet, we draw blood. Let us continue to push through until we make better our rehearsals both for Sunday school and choir. This will make us stronger and bring for the fruits of our labour of RCCGPAL. This is more of an encouragement.
  4. Charity Trade: I love our hearts and the great great generosities we all display. We want to feed the poor, visit the prisoners and sick and encourage them. However, in the UK, all thee requires money. Proverbs 23 says we should buy the truth; I believe that we should set up a charity shop or "exchange shop" when we can sell and receive items to sell in the church and use the money to support various ventures we have.
  5. Children's Department: we love our children and that is why we bring them to church. Why? Because we believe that JESUS is the greatest and best investments that we can ever put into our children. And I will say this again and again because of the kind of importance it is because if we can add to all those virtues the coordination of our children's Department and get them involved in prayer training and learning about Jesus, this; I believe wil be an amazing investment in our future - our children.
