SUNDAY SERVICE – 14/05/2017 – CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM

5 THINGS DONE WELL
  1. Punctuality: the Punctuality today was up to par. Those of you who are coming in to church, you will have you blessing always come in early in Jesus' name. This is amazing. The church can move forward and we can continue to go on doing all the things that we love to do in he church. And I pray that this will continue. That by God's Grace, not only will we come early to church on Sundays but we will also come early on other church activities in Jesus' name.
  2. Cutleries: you would have wondered why I have never be able to appreciate the beautiful work of those who wash our plates. Yes we do no have any hot water coming from a boiler to make washing plates easier. But for this of us who actually wash the plates, thank you. God will continue to keep your life clean in all seasons; in the good times and the bad times; in hot times and cold times in Jesus' name. Amen
  3. Ministers: there are, in Nigerian vernacular, what we call 'yeye' ministers. Ministers who don't speak the truth in good doctrines; ministers who are too afraid like king Saul of the people - rather than obeying God for obeying God is better than sacrifice. I am seeing every minister getting better and better at what they do and their amazing commitments to the church. More Grace and virtues to you in Jesus' name. Amen
  4. Dress πŸ‘— Code: it's not every time that you hear many people address the dress code in church. Many people just come in to church and go without s care in the world of how they present themselves before the king of kings, their Daddy God. We in this church must be the exception. Everyone comes into church in themes; our fashion rivals the fashion of the world; we're all so very cute and handsome. I pray that our insides too will be dressed in God's beautiful clothes in Jesus' name. Amen
  5. Participation: in this church, we have been so blessed and fortunate that we are not one of those churches where the members are dry; or only come to church for the sake of showing up, but we are the church where everyone wants to tap in, everyone wants to chip in... this is an amazing thing. I pray that God will not just spectate but participate in your life in Jesus' name. Amen
5 THINGS TO IMPROVE ON
  1. Table Fire Exit/ Entrance: we are all strong in this church. We are all working hard and reaching our goals. It has only be by God's Grace that we have been hitting our targets all of this time, showing excellence in all that we do and if we remove the table that's by the Fire Exit/ entrance, we will be showing new members our professionalism and ability to provide not just the memebers, but God the excellent service we always continue to give.
  2. Children's Department: our church is amazing and beautiful. We have children πŸ‘ΆπŸ½... lots of children on some days and not so much omnsome other days. We have been so blessed that there is never a Sunday where we don't have children. They are our future and if we take time to focus on the children's Department equally important like we focus on the adult Department, I believe have hay we will be doing the church a great deal of good investments like the parable of the talents.
  3. Monthly Forward Meetings: we are moving forward, there is no debate in that. Daddy God will build HIS own church - HE has promised and HE will never fail. Everyone is working hard and if can meet monthly in an official manner, it will help us to be able to pen down, take more note and continue to express the progression that Daddy God is doing for us.
  4. Delegation of resources managements: we are facing many complex decisions every single day and none of us are falling into the laziness of Elihu the high priest from Samuel and say, "let God do anything HE wants sha". We are active people who go about partnering with God and if we delegate resources such as the camera πŸŽ₯ department and website/ social media Department for others to be resourceful with them, then I believe that we can rapidly grow.
  5. Display Timer: we are so blessed that our hearts are always so filled in this church with many things to say. There are many respectful people who swallow their interruptions and patiently wait for others to speak. This patience and perseverance and willingness to pour out is admirable. And if we have a timer that can be displayed on the projector for all to be conscious of, we can further our discipline and encourage bold public speaking for others (especially shy, children) to develop, in Jesus' name. Amen
