BMAC: Brief mood-boosting exercise

BMAC: Brief mood-boosting exercise
The Broadminded Affective Coping Procedure (BMAC) is an imagery-based mood-boosting exercise that can be used part of psychological interventions to help clients experience positive emotions. Dr Judith Johnson, Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer at the University of Leeds and the Bradford Institute of Health Research, demonstrates the technique. The client is played by an actor (Catriona Burke). The video was filmed and produced by Christopher Werrett and Ishan Siddiqui.
