100 PUSH UPS FOR A MONTH TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
1 month transformation challenge 100 push ups per day I don't know camera is doing with the footages But its was great experience gain muscles First week was hard lots pain on shoulder and chest but after that is was easy as normal walk My suggestion for 100 push up is For first week do 5 sets of 20 push ups For second week 3 sets of 33 push ups And carry on as ur stamina make u comfortable.
