Pay Gap Statistics Published by UK Companies
This week all companies in the UK employing more than 250 people had to report their pay gap statistics, according to government requirements. It was a big story in the mainstream media and I read a number of articles about it, with a range of takes on the statistics. Some paid lip-service to critics of the statistics but none of the articles I found went into detail about the criticisms.
