RCCGPAL SUNDAY SERVICE – 04/06/2017 – CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM

5 THINGS DONE WELL

1. Perseverance: You would have thought that with all the change in weather and seasons, that people will not come to church today. But those of you who have come today, wow! God's perseverance looks beautiful on you. God will continue to persevere more and more over your life in Jesus' name. Amen
2. Testimonies: many people could be shy and not want come out and give testimonies but we are not of those who shy away for we overcome the devil by the words of our testimonies. It is such a wonderful thing to see everyone testifying. Testimonies will not cease from our mouths to the Glory of Jesus in Jesus' name. 
3. Concentration/ Participation: normally, when the church is small, you would not have expected people to concentrate/ focus/ participate in the church affairs, listening to the pastor and prayer fervently however, we are a participating church today and yesterday and last week. We keep engaging and receiving and giving the blessings and the anointing. May Jehovah God continue to concentrate and participate in your life in Jesus' name.
4. Social-interaction: churches in England are big on social interaction and getting to know each other and our church is no exception. We love engaging with ourselves and growing with each other. This is a wonderful thing and I pray that we will always find destiny helpers in our lives in Jesus' name.
5. Concurrent Activities: no matter how many time i pick on this, I cannot get enough but just continue to say more and more how I appreciate the ever harmonising activities of the church members. The welfare department can bring food out at the right time, and the usher department can make new people feel welcome; and the logistics department know how to carry people home effociently. Other churches would have stopped and given up by now but not us. I pray that all things will continue to work together for good for us in Jesus' name. Amen

5 THINGS TO IMPROVE

1. Project Management Platform: we are an amazing people who love working together. We enjoy working via the whatsapp group and in face-to-face collaboration and if we input our strategised project using a wise project-manager, I believe that we can have more and more successful projects.
2. Business Approach: I love how many of us work for the church and carry on persevering in our "Father's Business" to make the church keep on sailing well and when we seriously take the church from a business standpoint, then we can continue this good work we have already started in our patnership with God.
3. Media Department: we are an ever growing church and we love engaging with ourselves in many ways and if we can keep improving our media department, then we can grow more and more with people we don't have time to evangelise to.
4. Countdown Projection: what a wonderful thing that many of our ministers are already always on time and keep to time in our ministration and if Dide projects s countdown for the ministers to be aware of, I personally believe that we can Improve more and more out ever improving time-keeping skills.
5. Accountability: this church is an open church - there is nothing to hide; there is nothing that we do that we feel so ashamed of that we hide in the dark and when we continue growing our accountability in the church via the finances, ventures etc ... in our professional manner, then we can get other pitched in and desire to help us improve.
